2-AXIS DEFLECTION UNITS

XY deflection units for deflection and focusing of laser beams in two dimensions for a variety of applications that require small to medium sized fields and high processing speeds.
PREFOCUSING DEFLECTION UNITS

These products enable the continuous adjustment of the field size, working distance and spot diameter. Ideal for applications with larger working areas of 100 mm x 100 mm to 1,500 mm x 1,500 mm and smaller spot diameters in two or three dimensions.
FOCUSSHIFTER

FOCUSSHIFTER combine f-theta-based deflection units with an optical z-axis, allowing dynamic adjustment of the processing plane. This enables efficient and convenient 2.5D laser processing.
