Smooth installation and error-free operation - that is what you as an industrial manufacturer can expect from a good software application and the technology behind it.
However, you know from your daily routine that it is not uncommon for the firmware for a controller card to be out of date by the time it reaches you. Or you have to go through the installation routine for the application software manually. This often means searching the net and looking for drivers, opening countless folders, checking versions, defining paths, and doing it all without errors. In short: no installation can be done on its own, and certainly not on the fly.
We change that! Thanks to the free RAYBOARD PRODUCT INSTALLER (RBPI), you can concentrate on your core topics in future: Whether it's application software or firmware - RBPI relieves you through automated processes and thus implements updates significantly faster, more conveniently and error-free.

The new hub of your software landscape
You benefit directly from the elimination of time-consuming searches for new versions and manual error-prone installations - the RBPI is the powerful central tool that brings order to your entire software landscape and, above all, keeps it that way.
Immediately after you have, for example, connected your new controller card, installed it or integrated it via LAN, the RBPI scans existing installation data on your computer, compares it with required data and gives you recommendations for the next steps via a dialogue window. After that, a few clicks are all it takes for the RBPI to guide you through the installation routine. By the way: The RBPI also offers you direct access to the change logs, so that you can find out what has been done since the last installation.
The RBPI makes it easy for you
- Start the RBPI and select your desired action.
- Sit back while the RBPI searches for, finds and displays existing software products.
- Now check the software products already installed and their versions.
- Get an overview of the firmware status of all detected control cards.
- Select the desired software products and versions.
- Start the download.
- Now set the installation options.
- Start the automatic installation of the software and the upload of the firmware.
- Check the displayed summary of all actions.
